What we collect, why we collect it - and what we never do.
Effective 26 July 2026The short version
Built for venue owners. We store only what it takes to run your Diary - nothing more.
No ad trackers, no analytics scripts - on any Vooqing page. Zero.
Your customers stay yours. Their calls and WhatsApp reach you directly - we're not in that conversation.
We never sell data. Ask us to delete yours anytime.
This policy is written for our customers: venue owners and their teams using the Booking Diary. It also explains the little we touch of the people who browse your venue's page. Vooqing is based in Mangalore, Karnataka, India.
Visitors see your page without an account, a login, or an app - we don't know who they are and we don't ask.
To run your Diary, we store:
When a venue records a booking, they may note the customer's name and number. That information belongs to the venue's diary - we store it on the venue's behalf.
Exactly one: a sign-in session cookie for venue teams using the Diary. Visitors get no cookies at all - which is why you'll never see a cookie banner on Vooqing. There's nothing to consent to.
On Cloudflare's infrastructure - the same platform trusted by a large share of the internet - with data encrypted in transit. Access is limited to the small Vooqing team, and only for running the platform and supporting you.
We never sell or rent data. The public sees only what a venue chooses to publish on its page. We would disclose data only if the law required it.
We keep your data while your venue is on Vooqing. Leaving? Message us and we'll unpublish your page and delete your data promptly - this is also written into our Terms.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll flag it on this page and update the effective date above.
A real person answers - usually the same day.
